ZillowVERIFIEDVickie was my angel! I listed my home a few months prior to hiring Vickie with another agent, and I was having a terrible experience. Things were not going how I needed them to, and it was crunch time. As soon as I hired Vickie, she already had a cash offer on my home by the 3rd day! We closed on my home just 2 weeks after that. She was very professional, direct, and responsive. She answered all my questions, and gave me wonderful guidance as this was my first time selling a home. I will always recommend Vickie as she is the absolute best! I appreciate her so much!!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Vickie when we moved from CA and she made the process very easy for us! Moving across country is very stressful and having to figure out home inspections, closing, etc. when youre 2200 miles away is never easy, but she helped us every single step of the way! She kept in contact with us every single step of the way and answered every single question we had in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Vickie and when its time to sell and purchase another home we wont even think about using anyone other than Vickie after such an amazing experience the first time!

ZillowVERIFIED Once you are under contract she will stop being responsive and will sometimes take 24 hours to get back to you. My property sat until I threatened to pull the listing and then she magically found a buyer. I feel she lists it and lets it sit and then waits for it to sell itself. We were too rural to have such an unmotivated realtor. We ended up selling below our bottom even though the house is showing less then 6 months later its worth $200,000 over what we sold for. I believe she told the buyer what our bottom was. $100,000 less then what we originally listed for. Will NOT get you top dollar, will blast your property once unless you lower the price, not good at communicating. Would not recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Vickie on many RE transactions. Vickie is always helpful and responsive to questions. Being available when needed is crucial to buyers and sellers. Her willingness to call, text and communicate is outstanding. The knowledge Vickie has for the market and community provides a great deal of comfort whether in the buying or selling side of the transaction. Vickie is easy to talk to and is not pushy with sales lines but merely presents facts collected from data. I would highly recommend Vickie for any and all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I had worked with several different real estate agents in the Cookeville, Tennessee area and found the outcome to be the same with each. They would show several homes and then expect me to put a purchase offer on one.Vickie Loftis, when we first met asked what type of house I was looking for and what features I needed to have to consider even looking at a certain house. She from the beginning would send via e-mails MLS listing numbers for me to check out and I would also be looking at other agency listings. When I found homes that I was considering looking at she would call me and go over the houses I might want to look at and they would either be eliminated or approved, depending on my needs in a home. This process saved a lot of time and allowed us both more time to find homes that fit my needs. Vickie never hesitated to review homes that were listed with other real estate companies. In what I consider a short time, I was able to find a home that met my criteria and I was able to come to agreement on price with the owners and I now own that home!Vickie was always able to answer my questions regarding a home and location of that home. In the very few times she did not have the answer, she would find the answer and get right back to me. She is a intelligent agent, who is very professional and always respectful to her clients. Wonderful person to work with!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie is a hard working agent and available anytime we needed her. She encouraged us to have a home inspection on our prospective home which then saved us a ton of money. Vickie was able to negotiate with the seller to have problems repaired before we settled. We wouldn't have any other realtor work for us buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED I feel so lucky to have found Vickie. I tried to work with other realtors and was on the verge of giving up on buying my own house when Vickie stepped in and told me what steps I needed to follow to make it all happen. She was very professional and understanding all of the way through the process. She gave wonderful advice and never lost her patience with me. I simply cannot say enough about Vickie. I highly recommend her to friends, family, and anyone else who is looking for a realtor that will actually work to get them into their own house. Her experience and positive attitude put her way above any other realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Vickie in 2012 to initially find a home in the Cookeville area. She showed us about a dozen homes in the area, and we found one we dearly loved. It was the PERFECT home for us, however in the end we changed our desired location to the Nashville area where we had lived for many years. Vickie is one of those rare individuals that listens to what her clients say and considers that in finding the right home. She is a credit to the real estate community and highly regarded in the Cookeville area.

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie Loftis is an excellent real estate agent. She is very thorough following thru with every aspect of the listing. She was able to sell our house with a good price and found us another house in which to move into. At closing she had everything in order and made the procedures very easy. She helped us close on our house and close on the house we were buying on the very same day at the very same place. It was the easiest thing we ever did. Not only is she excellent in what she does, but she will be your friend. We are friends for life. Thank You VickieSincerely Regina and Pete Weber
