Just before our House went Live on the MLS, Vickie had been Marketing our house to other Agents that had Qualified Buyers ready to purchase and when our house hit the Market, BOOM within a day we had an offer that was way above asking price! When we couldn't be at the property we had for sale, Vickie would be at the property for us to meet with Inspectors, Electricians, etc.. She also has a team of reliable Home Improvement specialists at the ready to provide A+ service at the property if needed (the Pro Housecleaners were AMAZING!). She was always there for us, to provide assurances that the process was in fact going along smoothly, when we became nervous. We interviewed with several Realtors and although is was a tough decision, Vickie Harris stood above the rest with her knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate transactions. 5 STARS!

Years prior, I was impressed when I met Vickie - and after interviewing a few others - she is THE realtor to use if you are buying or selling in the Jensen Tract. Vickie?s involvement in a predominant number of sales transactions in the area truly make her the ?Jensen Tract Expert? ! Add in her extensive expertise dealing with family trust sales, and Vickie was clearly the choice for us! Having Vickie help us through this transition made it a lot less stressful, to say the least! She connected us with top-notch contractors and plumbers to help us be sure the house presented well to the market. She brought in a designer to stage the home, had the windows sparkling clean, and brought in a fantastic photographer! ZillowVERIFIED In reality Ms. Harris was not my realtor, I really wish she had been. I originally contacted another individual on Zillow to assist with the purchase of my home and experienced nothing but double talk and bad information after I had decided on a property. I was referred to a lender who was friends with my realtor, this company played fast and loose with financing rates and after obtaining a second opinion from Vickie Harris, I realized how badly I was being taken advantage of. Vickie did not make a dime from my transaction, but spent a great deal of time educating me about financing and the purchase process here in California. She is a credit to her profession and a realtor I would certainly trust to guide me with purchasing in the future. Id also recommend her to all my friends and family!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I contacted Vickie to sell our home in Livermore, and met in December, with plans to list in mid March. Under Vickie?s advisement, we had inspections in early February. On the day of inspections we also signed our contract with her. I myself was running around the house answering questions the inspectors had, and trying to keep an eye on everything we were signing. My wife was working from home that day so we both could be present. I asked Vickie that day, not assuming it would happen, if we decided to fire her, what would the process be? She stated, if you are unhappy with me, simply pay me for services rendered and we will part ways, services being; window washing, staging, and photos. We signed the contract, and jump forward to end of April and the house has been on the market for about 6 weeks. We did not do an open house due to our young son, dogs and cats, and the logistical nightmare. So strictly by appointment only, which I handled about 40 of them, and only one extremely lowball offer. From the start she explained why she didn?t like doing open houses, so we felt that we were off to a good start. We did drop the price during the 6 weeks, and from a phone call with her, she did point the finger at us for it not selling due to our price we (my wife and I) listed at. Which we agreed that we were aggressive on the listing price(it was our home, and to her just another sale). I did receive comments that Vickie was not professional when dealing with other agents. Vickie herself made comments about other agents to me as well that she should have kept to herself. When I asked Vickie what our contract term was with her, she quickly became hostile and made rude comments and gestures towards my wife and I (all through email). Needless to say, we did end up terminating our contract with her and paying for the services, plus some because she refused to cancel the contract unless we paid her more than what we agreed upon. All the time, this was her only listing on the market, think she could have put in more effort?? Vickie resorted to name calling and terms that I won?t refer to, due to being an adult. Everything is factual, and documented in emails, nothing based on opinions. There are plenty of great agents out there, KEEP SEARCHING!!!

ZillowVERIFIED The thing I like the most about Vickis professionalism is her respectful, timely and tactful way of approaching a potential client. My husband is 82, and when his late wife passed, she did not knock on our door within 24 hours. She kindly awaited six months, and we spoke for several years about our future due to our vast difference in age. My husband who has owned and rented out homes for forty years well knows how real estate negotiations should work. He interviewed around seven or eight realtors, and found that Vicki had done her homework!! She was the only one to bother to look up the status of both of our homes before she met with us, and remained very distinct on how things went. Despite my husband knowing what she was speaking of, I did not, so she knows how to explain things to a lay person. Her sincere honesty won me over, for I met her three years before my husband did. She spoke on the phone, explained and knew how to answer all of my questions. The words she said the first time I saw her were I must protect the elderly homeowner even if it is against his own family. No other realtor spoke as though they wished to be an advocate. They just wanted the listing. My husbands knowledge and the fact he holds a PhD led her to speak to him on his level without insulting his intellect by assuming he did not know much. Had she been speaking to me, her expertise would have been helpful. In the end, my husband chose her to sell our rental home, and her constant attention to it greatly impressed my husband. She now helps us with her connections with contractors and other services to help us renovate our own home. Bittersweet, the day will come when Ill need help like hers, and I will trust nobody else with my assets except Vicki. When You choose Vicki, you are not just getting a real estate agent. You will be working with a knowledgeable and caring professional who looks at people before her pocket book. My husband quite agrees, for she leads us to professionals that are in the best interest of my husband and I. This includes the property we now reside. I mostly feel impressed at her sense of integrity to all involved. Choosing Vicki Harris was the best decision we have ever made. Especially since my husband who is well experienced in real estate who greatly respects her, and he still trusts her to speak with his son and to him about our own home improvement. She did not drop us after escrow closed. She only wanted to help us better our home in more ways than one.

While we did receive three responses from local agents, Vickie and her team responded almost immediately (no more than 30 minutes from pressing submit) and set up an appointment to view our house the next day. The other agents were not as expedient with their responses, and scheduled appointments for later in the week. You know what they say about the early bird getting the worm. After meeting with Vickie, we signed a contract with her to sell our town home in Livermore. Vickie even offered to call the other two local agents to cancel our upcoming appointments, which we appreciated. Working with Vickie was a pleasant process from the first meeting until we parted ways upon the sale of our home. She is professional, knowledgeable, and was available for all of our questions and needs. The day the MLS listing was supposed to post, Vickie delivered to us a cash offer for our home. Not only did she list and sell our house (quickly) but she provided us with tables and signs for the many garage sales we had.
