ZillowVERIFIED Vicki is an excellent realtor. She came highly recommended to us by two colleagues in my practice and we couldn't have been happier. We were trying to buy a house from several states away at the height of the pandemic in Spring 2020 and needless to say she made an incredibly stressful process feel seamless. She had great knowledge of the area and neighborhoods and was so response to us and returned emails and calls so quickly. She was honest and straightforward with us - I knew I could trust her opinion and it felt like she really had our best interests in mind. She seemed to have good relationships with the other realtors on the sell side we interacted with, which I think helped us when it came time to negotiate a competitive offer. She is also just a nice human and brought us snacks and bottled water on a busy day of house hunting to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a housewarming gift at closing. Those small touches made it such a nice personalized experience. We had an excellent experience with Vicki and would very highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki was fantastic. Despite the issues posed by the COVID outbreak Vicki was able to work with us through a few different properties until we found one we loved (in the exact neighborhood we were looking to buy in!). Vicki made the whole process, from beginning until end, very easy. We would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie was both the sellers and buyers (us) broker, and was very fair and professional. She was particularly helpful after we moved in with finding competent folks to do all the things we needed...cleaners, carpenters, inspectors, etc., and even helped us find a refrigerator when there were virtually none in Maine because of the covid virus! She always returned calls, visited when requested, and did so with a cheerful smile. We would certainly recommend her as both a listing and selling broker.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki Kennedy came with an enthusiastic recommendation from a friend of mine and lived up to her advance praise in every respect. She was helpful in settling on an asking price, and knew what comparable condo units were selling for. She made suggestions about making the rooms attractive. After listing the unit with appropriately flattering interior photos, she kept me up to date on incoming offers, and added her sense of whether the offers were too low to take seriously. Once an attractive offer came in, she guided me through the negotiation process and the final signing of papers. I have no reservation in giving her my highest praise for knowledge and diplomacy in the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED I was so grateful to have had Vicki Kennedy help me sell my home that I asked her to help me purchase my new home as well. Vicki has an exemplary professional manner with the attention to detail you need when going through the process of buying and selling a home. She makes the process painless by guiding you every step of the way. Her friendly disposition goes a long way during what can be a stressful time. Whatever needed to be done along the way, I had full trust that Vicki would make sure it was taken care of.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. My wife and I could not have had a better experience. I consider myself to be a very demanding customer and Vicki worked diligently to ensure all my concerns were met with the utmost level of professionalism. She explained the process to use as we progressed and when she did not know an answer; she would find one quickly. I would go as far as saying that she treated us like family. She advocated for us in difficult negotiations and was not turned away when times got tough. She stood by us and I could not recommend her more. We will be working with her for as long as she is in the business.

ZillowVERIFIED Thorough research and frequent, comprehensive communication. Always accommodating. This was a long distance purchase and everything went smoothly from financing arrangements to closing. Vicki did all the legwork because I had a limited time in Maine to find a new home. She served well as my aEURoeeyesaEUR? and advocate.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki was the perfect real estate professional for us! We had a long-term house search, and Vicki was patience, informative, responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. Once we did start the offer and purchase process, Vicki was incredible available and on-point when responding to our questions and worries. Additionally, when we inquired, Vicki provided us with amazing references for services (i.e. mortgage company, inspector, etc.). ZillowVERIFIED Vicki Kennedy did a fine job in helping us sell land in Scarborough. She was always available and responsive. There were times that several players needed to be coordinated (surveyor, code officer, etc.) and she took responsibility to get the tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Her manner is congenial and professional. We always felt we were in good hands. She kept the process running smoothly and followed up on questions or concerns.Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish, Vicki was extremely helpful, highly professional and willing to complete and task we asked of her. Perhaps her greatest attribute, was her calming nature during those few times we thought things were not going as we had expected. We highly recommend her to anyone.
