If your looking for a home in the Valley Springs, Burson, Ione area call Vicci. The wife and I were looking for a home in the valley Springs area and knew nothing about the area or the process of buying a home, and thank God Vicci was listing a house we wanted to look at. The wife and I met her at a house and Vicci's warm smile and abundant knowledge of the area was impressive. Vicci talked to us and asked us questions about what we were looking for and she guided us to our dream house. She knows the area and she will find you what your looking for! When it comes time to deal, I'll take Vicci on my side anytime! Vicci and her team will be our choice for any future real estate deals in our future!

Vicci is the best around, bar none. You can waste your time with other agents, or you can call the best-it's up to you. She is a true professional in every sense, and her assistant Christine was great-always available and helpful. This was our 3rd transaction with Vicci, and each one was better than the last.

Vicci is the most knowledgeable and ethical Realtors in the Calaveras/Amador counties and the surrounding areas. She has proven herself and has done a great job. She is the top selling agent in the area and has been for many years. She has done more transactions than some of the offices in the area. She will always look out for her clients needs first. She has many years of experience lots of connections and always provides her clients with the top notch service along with knowing the current market trends which allows her to work with and advise her clients appropriately and effectively. I have seen her do fast deals... mine was one of them. She has lived in Valley Springs and sold real estate for over 20 yrs. She has raised her kids there so she has the knowledge that is needed to be successful. She also has the knowledge of the area schools, and services which helps her clients and their families understand what they can expect living in Calaveras/Amador Counties.Vicci is #1 in my book and many others that have used her as their Real Estate Agent in the area. Extremely happy with her service.

Vicci is tops in my book! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend her to everyone I know looking for real estate. You can always spot the good ones they are the busy ones and Vicci is always busy. We have worked together for years and I have a deep respect for what she does and how she does it. She is very honest and straight forward no game playing with her.

I have been investing in real estate for over 40 years and during that time I have dealt with many agents. Vicci is by far the best I have ever worked with. For example, Vicci suggested I place an offer under the asking price because based on her knowledge, the asking price was too high. Also, whenever I have an appointment with her, she is always on time. She has never left me waiting. Finally, for over 6 months we have been working on a short sale. Every Monday, she calls the listing agnet to get an update and to urege action.

For several decades I have worked with Vicci, for Vicci, around Vicci, and on every side of tricky real estate transactions involving Vicci. In every respect she has been respectful, knowledgable and extremely professional. When I had a property of my own to sell I chose Vicci as my representative and she sold the property for me in a very difficult market while other properties sat idle. I cannot recommend Vicci Fikes higly enough.

Vicci helped my Brother and I purchase a home in Valley Springs that was on Short Sale in 2012. It was a long process working with the sellers and two banks. Vicci stayed with it and kept us informed at every step until closing. We got the right house at the right price. I was so impressed with Vicci as a Broker/Agent that I hired her as my listing agent for a house in Jamestown, CA that I needed to sell within 60 days before the end of 2012. Vicci did it all from getting the repair work done, inspections, showing the house and getting it sold at the asking price within my 60 day window in December 2012. Vicci is a straight shooter, a real pro who knows real estate and knows how to get a deal closed. I would not hesitate to use her services again.
