As a first time homebuyer who was moving to Michigan for the first time, I initially found the process incredibly daunting. After hearing a glowing recommendation of Veronica from another recent buyer, I reached out and was impressed by how quickly she got back to me. We had an initial consultation where she walked me through the process, answering any questions I had during that time. She was also willing to work on a very tight schedule, arranging visits to properties with only a couple days notice and on weekends, as that was the only time I was able to arrange a visit to the area. During the visit, we visited 3 condos together (even driving me from condo to condo instead of Uber-ing from place to place) and she offered valuable input that helped me decide that the condo I ended up buying was the place for me. Once I found the property I hope to buy, she made herself available whenever I needed, even if that meant answering texts and calls well past normal working hours. She was an incredibly effective in reaching out and finding answers to questions I had for the current owner and the condo association, and even assisted in negotiating final terms and requirements ahead of closing. She was present for both the inspection, where she continued to provide valuable input, and closing, where she again visited helped transport me between the necessary offices.
