Review I wish I could give Veronica and Rosario ten stars, because that is what they deserve. I have worked with both of them for nearly 10 years and bought and sold multiple homes with them. They both provided the same level of service and dedication when I was buying my starter home, as they did when we were selling our luxury property. Without fail, Veronica and Rosario always placed our best interest ahead of anything else. When they thought that we were making a hasty or a financially disadvantageous decision, they would let us know, even if it meant that they would have to work much much harder. In our last transaction with them, Veronica visited our home multiple times a year to talk us through our options. When she finally identified the right time to sell, she secured a full ask offer within 4 hours of our first showing, and a back up offer as well. We sold our home for ten percent more than the comps. They made the entire process so painless. In fact, between her charm and brilliance and his sense of humor and reassurance, we were kind of bummed when the process was over. We love them both, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Review We had tried to sell our rental property in the past several times without success. I was referred by someone I know to Rosario and Veronica. We had a lot of unusual time constraints due to career demands. We were also doing a 1031 exchange and needed everything to go quickly and smoothly. I live in Northern California and took a trip down to Orange County to meet with them. We got an all cash offer on the sale immediately. Review I've bought and sold many properties working with a variety of different realtors and Veronica is by far the best one to date. She helped me to sell my mother's home after her passing. Not only did Veronica provide guidance around pricing and handle showings and the offer process, she took on responsibilities that were above and beyond her job duties in my opinion. She coordinated the entire cleanout and donation of all items in the home. She advised and arranged for a large number of home repairs, painting and flooring as well as home staging. This was all a HUGE help to me personally as I was dealing with so many other things related to my mom's passing. Review Rosario Rodriguez and his wife Veronica Encinas are beyond amazing! We have used them to purchase 2 homes and to sell 2 homes and we could not have been more pleased with them. Their negotiation skills are top notch and are both very detail-oriented -- perhaps partly due to the fact that they both graduated from Stanford! I always knew we'd get the best price and that the paperwork would be completed meticulously. Even when I know they are super busy, they are always incredibly responsive (by phone and/or email) to us and to all involved in the transactions. One of things I loved the most about them was their professionalism - they are not at all pushy and are instead genuinely concerned about finding the right place for their buyers. Even when we didn't know what we wanted and looked at house after house after house, they never made us feel that we were wasting their time. She initially met with us months prior to the actual listing of our home and went over the details of the housing market and what to expect in a way that was easy to understand. She also provided us with printouts of housing trends, etc which was very helpful. She let us know what the process would look like and the timeline once we got closer to being ready to list. I think one of the most valuable services she and her team provided was having a professional staging person come out to our home. She went through each room to give us advice on what to add or remove in an effort to make our house look as large and desirable as possible. We followed the large majority of her suggestions, not all...Veronica was sure to let us know that we should just do whatever felt comfortable to us and didn't push us to follow every suggestion the stager made. The photographer was incredible and made our home look absolutely amazing. Very, very professional photos! And once we were ready to go live with our listing, Veronica was accessible and in communication with us every step of the way. We had five offers within the first few days and she guided us through the process of countering and really helped us understand the positives and negatives of each offer. I really believe that she helped us choose the perfect listing price which ultimately resulted in so much interest and most offers being over asking price. The escrow process went as smoothly as possible and the rest of her team was easy to work with and professional throughout the process as well. We interviewed 3 realtors referred to us by local Aliso Viejo residents. Veronica was professional, polished, and completely prepared for our initial meeting. She provided a very thorough market analysis, comps from our immediate neighborhood and a comprehensive marketing plan (staging service, website, professional photography, etc.). She suggested the highest list price of the 3 realtors we interviewed with a confident, logical market basis.
