She really listened to what my family wanted, but also gave suggestions that we weren't even thinking of but ended up loving. I think what stands out the most is she genuinely cares about the people she works with and really wants to help in the process. What we appreciated is that she gave her professional input on things along the way but didn't give any strong opinions that would otherwise change our minds. Where I come from, real estate is just transactional with no real care for the buyers/sellers. So the fact that Madison has given many resources and so much time to assist us, it was such a pleasant change than what we have experienced in the past.
