ZillowVERIFIED Giving that my wife and I were crazy enough to purchase a home during the midst of a pandemic, I'm so thankful we had Amanda braving through this with us. As the state of New York shut down, Amanda went to work! She gave us our first "virtual tour" of the property. We trusted her insight and appreciated the patience it took to be as descriptive as she was with what we saw on screen. Amanda also showed up to the inspection, socially distancing with the inspector as she followed him providing us the opportunity to have all of our questions answered. Amanda is our hero because she gave us the confidence to continue moving forward in the process. We closed on the house we wanted thanks to Amanda Rivera.

ZillowVERIFIED Verna helped my family move from the city up to the hudson valley. We started looking last summer and bought our home in January. Because we had never purchased a house before, we were really starting from scratch and had no idea what we wanted. Verna was so patient and showed us everything we requested to see, even properties that she knew we wouldn't end up making an offer on, because she realized it was as important to see things we didn't want as it was to see things we did want. She was always honest about how much time she had for us and put many entire weekend days aside for us. We also had a very difficult closing which coincided with Verna being very sick, and she was still on the phone with supporting words and working with the various parties involved to ultimately get the deal done.
