My wife is a 17 year inner city elementary teacher. Verena is simply the best real estate agent we could ever have had represent us and close our life long goal to purchase a dream -come-true house in June Lake California. She represented us every step of the way and did so much more than we anticipated / expected. From the very start - arranging the house to be shown at our convieniance (we had to fly from Los Angeles), to being spot -on with her suggestion as to what bidding negotiations would take place/how much the seller would counter offer/ and how to approach the sellers to lower the sale price of the home to a price we would could afford. AND we bought the place for what we wanted( difficult to do since this place was so beautiful and it needed to be reduced by over $100k from the original asking price!). Verena didn't stop there. She arranged and suggested alternatives for every milestone along the way. We had a great home inspector who thoroughly scrutinized and clearly reported the entire place and property. The loan appraisal was, at first, below our accepted price until Verena pointed out some property assets that were overlooked. We were so thankful for her experience and understanding in the local area to grant lender appraisal approval! She coordinated DAILY all activities between all parties- the seller, the escrow office, title company and the lending agency. She made all the intricate processes work like magic to make a thirty day escrow work for us. AND she kept us informed every step of the way though email as well as telephone use. Verena was reachable every time of the day and was always responsive -immediately! Verena kept the lenders on their toes and through her professionalism and diplomacy dug up historical information about our place, connected us to all the utility agencies we now needed and had the sellers fix the place the way we wanted before moving in. Speaking of the sellers, because of our interest, Verena was able to project their personalities to us. Very important in negotiations but from a human standpoint we came to gain how amazing they are as people - important for us to know! I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Verena Robinson. My wife and I are fortunately glad we found her. Through a USAA real estate rewards program we could have pocked over $5000 extra if we had selected another agent. However, with any other agent we would NOT now own this house and all the dreams that come with it! Verena Robison is the best! ZillowVERIFIED We originally engaged with Verena to review potential second homes/investment properties in the Mammoth Lakes area and her insight into the history and types of products available in the area was very helpful. We had originally started our search in December, when inventory was very low, so were expecting to wait until April of the following year to really start looking aggressively. In February of the following year, a new construction property came on the market that was absolutely perfect, and unexpected. Since we didn't have a lot of experience with the new construction process, and considering we were 350 miles away in Southern California, Verena was not only our Real Estate Agent, but our connection to the project locally doing everything from coordinating the massive amounts of paperwork approvals, to visiting the job site for us to take pictures. Every step of the way, Verena was there for us to coordinate and communicate amongst the various stakeholders in the buying and building process. I'm not sure we could have pulled it off without her help!

ZillowVERIFIED I didn't give Verena 5 stars in every category lightly. My husband and I waned to buy a condo for a long time. We signed up for the Remax new listing notifications and Verena called us the next day to contact her if we needed anything. The next day we found a place we were interested in and contacted her. It was a short sale she explained, in great detail and clarity, how that would work if we bought that condo. We were leaving for LA at noon. She made sure we got into see the unit before we left, even though she had the flu! A few weeks later we found a great place on the Remax site and emailed verena for more info. She responded promptly and gave us all the details and her opinion on how to proceed. Her knowlage of the area was extensive. We arranged to come up to mammoth for the day and Verena was waiting for us to show is the condo. She showed us the condo and gave us all the info we needed and again her neutral opinion on how to proceed. We ended up making an offer that day and now have closed escrow. Every step of the way, she responded to every communication within hours and sometimes minutes!! She was impartial, informative, and professional. All her explanations of the minutiae of real estate laws and processes were ear to us as laymen. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like Verena was acting for her benifit.
