ZillowVERIFIED Vera has been beyond amazing with helping us to purchase our first home. In this current market it is crucial to have an agent that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced. Vera always answered my calls in texts in a timely manner, getting us showings ASAP. She also gave us a lot of tips and tricks for things to look for when purchasing which was very helpful. She had so much patience and understanding with us and guided us along the way. She even helped us negotiate our dream home for 10k under asking price! Vera has a heart of gold, and anyone that chooses her as an agent will not be let down.

ZillowVERIFIED Vera was very helpful and understanding of the situation. The home we were selling was my fathers and he had recently passed. She explained the process of how things would happen once we decided to list the home. She listed it and we had a purchase offer in less than a week. The house sold very quickly. Vera was very wonderful to work with and made a difficult time more pleasant. Thank you Vera.

ZillowVERIFIED Vera Daly is the best. She allowed me to view several homes before making a decision. She explained the pluses and minuses to each home. She held my hand through the entire process including viewing the homes, negotiating the deal, home inspection, repairs, and even the move itself. She really cares about making her clients happy and puts her clients happiness above making the sale. She really is the absolute best and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer with minimal knowledge of the process of buying a house. Vera from the start treated me like her son and took me under her wing from day one. She always kept any appointment we made, showed up on time and responded quickly to me if I never needed anything. She helped keep me calm, cool and collective throughout the home buying process. I'm glad to have had the opportunity to work with such a knowledgeable and honest individual. I can honestly say there is nothing I would of changed about the process and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Vera was a friend and neighbor of ours, so when we decided to sell our house is was no tough decision about who would list it. I knew Vera's morals and ethics were all in the right place and I trusted her, and we had a great experience (aside from the fact that we sold in NY state which is a NIGHTMARE- none of it being the fault of the real estate agents). We were impressed with the photos she took of our home, the hard work and advertising she did, and the 2 open houses she had 2 weekends in a row. She sold our house is 12 days- much less time than we anticipated- and was a gem the entire process. I would whole-heartedly recommend Vera for any real estate needs you may have. She's top notch and a joy to be around!

ZillowVERIFIED Vera was absolutely awesome! Her dedication to finding the house that fit our family's needs was amazing. We originally were just looking for land to build a house and when we couldn't find the right piece of land she found us a house that less expensive then building and had more then we could have afforded to build. I would recommend her to family, friends and anyone who is looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I'll tell you Vera stuck with me when I didn't even want to be around me. I can't even begin to tell you the number of homes she showed me. She had an excellent read of what I wanted and managed to bring me back to reality when I "started to drift". She had a great knack for getting me refocused when I started to get "other ideas". Don't get me wrong, she never refused to show me whatever I wanted. At the same time though she was never afraid to point out any issues that I might encounter with the properties I looked at. Vera is not in it for herself. She is in it for you. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first started thinking of selling my house in Wheatfield I had no idea who to have guide me through the process. With Vera's assistance she made the whole process a learning experience for me & directed me to make good decisions. Selling my house took a lot of time and energy and Vera was there through the whole process.....and it was a long time. I had a old converted farm house with a huge treed lot and after many hours of her time helping me it finally sold. On to the new house which Vera was so helpful in making sure it was the right house for me....Vera is an extremely caring associate to work with and makes sure everything is done right. I could not have done this whole extremely nerve racking procedure without her help and guidance. Vera is and was a pleasure to work with and I guarantee she will give 110% of her time and energy to guide you in making the right choices.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed an empty home in my father's estate with Vera. She found a buyer right away. Unfortunately, the furnace broke and the pipes burst. Since I was out of town, Vera was instrumental in finding local services to remediate the water damage, get the furnace fixed, etc. This took quite a while, but Vera was able to keep the buyers interested and we eventually closed the sale 5 months later.Vera went the extra mile in helping us deal with all the problems and keep the sale on track. I highly recommend her, if you are going to list your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Vera was not helpful in our real estate experience. She did not guide our buying experience in a positive way and questioned every professional we brought in to complete our transaction. She would forget what discussions we had regarding our purchase and exposed personal information regarding our lives to the seller. She made us do a three way call with the seller to negotiate a price and terms. I find her very unprofessional and would not recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I had very specific desires regarding the type of residence I wished to look at, and I was very critical as to the condition of the property, and what potential work and/or repairs might be needed. Also, I paid very strict attention to any work, remodeling, or updates that may have been done to the property and if they/it was done correctly. Throughout the process Vera was spot on in regards to my wants and desires, and showed great knowledge and professionalism. Her sincerity was just so obvious throughout the entire time, she is just so great! She had to show me numerous properties and had no problem putting up with me. No one better!!

ZillowVERIFIED Vera is a one of a kind! I have looked at property with her and recently sold property with her. She is knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, and works hard to satisfy everyone. I can't think of any real estate experience that I have had that has been this good. Vera even moves difficult to sell properties and works hard for both buyers and sellers. If you want good advice, reliable information, and lots of action on your behalf, call Vera.
