She was always easily accessible, listened to what I wanted and needed and did everything to make the process easy and fast for me. I was in need of finding a house as fast as possible or I would have to be renting again. I told her what I was looking for in the homes and in the area that I wanted to be around. She went out of her way to wrote up 7 offers in one night for me. Once we heard back from one seller she was able to take 15,000 dollars of the asking price. She was able to help me find the size yard that I was looking for so that my dogs have plenty of space and I was still able to live near my job. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home.

My step-brother and myself (strangers owners) had both properties in Detroit and we both wanted to sell these ones. Veneesha did a great and remarkable work! Initially, everything looked bad because the homes had been managed by crooks so the properties did not cut a fine figure. Despite that, Veneesha did manage to sell the houses with verve. The communication is excellent and she showed the necessary patience so that everything gone smoothly. I do recommend Veneesha to anyone and thank her again for the job she done!
