ZillowVERIFIED Have come across so many realtors during my four year long search for a home, but Vee stood out from the rest in approachability, responsiveness and expertise and I felt comfortable with her instantly. She has always made herself available, and there was no house I requested to see, whether shabby shack or beyond my budget, that she didn't arrange to bring me to. Despite a year long break from house hunting at one point, Vee remained impressed in my mind and I sought her out when my search began anew. Her knowledge of Long Island's North Shore neighborhoods comes from many years of experience in real estate and the fact that she is a resident as well. She was able to answer just about every question I had regarding schools, taxes, services, crime rates, flooding, home values etc, and on the rare occasion that she didn't know an answer, she researched it and got right back to me. Her patience, I would say, is a most valuable asset, because I am pretty sure that any other realtor would have thrown their hands up in the air and given up on me after so many years. Somehow, though, I never felt pressured or rushed, but always had the sense that she truly wanted me to find THE home I would be happiest in. She succeeded! Then, once we signed with her, she listened to our needs & worked closely with us when marketing the house. What surprised me was, she thought about what buyers probably would want to do (add on to a tiny house) & checked with the village on what would be allowed, so that she could answer any questions that potential buyers might have. Her incredible knowledge of the village, helped with all the questions and issues that came up from the buyers side. She stayed calm, and patiently answered all the questions we had, during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Vee to anyone looking to sell their home. My only regret is that we are not buying a new home in Bayville, because if we were, I know who would be my realtor.
