ZillowVERIFIED Vasco is an excellent real estate agent and a genuinely nice person. With his expertise, selling our first house was a seamless process. He truly cares about the well being of his clients and his commitment to his work is commendable. He would always be available to answer any questions that we had and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process. Vasco would take it upon himself to check in on the house and make sure that everything was okay. With his professional recommendations, we were able to sell our house very easily and quickly. My husband and I truly enjoyed working with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Vasco was recommended to my family by a coworker. Since that first introduction, he has found our starter home, helped us sell it when the family grew and found our dream home. He is very attentive to his clients needs, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Vasco is an excellent real estate agent. We needed his expertise in selling my late father?s house and contents. He made a very complicated process easy. He was proactive in communicating with me, had a vast knowledge of the neighborhood and the nuances of our specific property, made excellent recommendations on things that needed attention ie repairs, staging, etc. He was cooperative and interactive with my relatives, necessary because I do not live nearby. All in all, outstanding job.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with this realtor was extremely disappointing. It seemed like they were never available when I needed assistance, and their constant involvement in other matters made me feel neglected as a client. Rather than prioritizing my needs, it felt like they were more interested in meddling in unrelated affairs. I cannot recommend this realtor to anyone seeking a dedicated and attentive professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Vasco got the house sold in one month. Hes amazing, friendly, smart, an absolute expert in his field. At the same time he really cares. He is willing to do all of the extras to help make everything go smoothly and he is honest and hard working. Also has sensitivity and class along with many years of knowledge in his field to get the job done. These traits are not found often in todays world. We were so lucky to acquire him as our real-estate person and are very thankful. If you are lucky enough to be able to work with this man, do it. He is incredibly good at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED Vasco was the ultimate professional and a gentleman to deal with regarding the sale of our parents house. Our home had been in our Family for nearly 50-years and we needed guidance on best listing approach and understanding the market. Vasco was knowledgeable, fair and had a strong grasp of market conditions. He took personal care in handling our Family through the process, all of which resulted in obtaining an excellent selling price and nice buyers. I would highly recommend his services.
