Vanessa was the seller's agent on the home and not mine yet she did everything I asked as if she were mine. She went the extra mile for me and she was a pleasure to work with and speak to over the miles. She assured me many times when I got skeptical in the process. She exceeded my expectations and she even took me to San Padre Island for lunch. She's not only Professional but Fun as well. She went out of her way to make recommendations for me and even found me a great church. I highly recommend her for any and all real estate investments you may have. I had talk to other agents about my desire of getting a house, but they seem they never had time when I had the time. Its was around 7:00pm when I when to see my dream house we did not go with any agent we we just when to check it out from the outside. Thats when I met Tim & Vanessa they were actually showing the house to another couple I was inpressed because the other 2 agent that I have talk to never had time after 5pm so I thought agents would not do showing after that time. Right away I fealt like they where the agents I need it. That same day they show me the house I fealt in love I told them thats what I wanted.
