ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an excellent experience working with Vanessa! My husband is active duty. We worked remotely from CA over a limited time frame, and Vanessa hustled for us. She viewed homes quickly and sent videos promptly. In addition anything we needed, info about homes, or even finding contacts for local utilities and contractors, she really did more than her part to help us. I can not say enough amazing things about her. PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, AND PUNCTUAL! I intend on continuing my relationship with her, as well as refer her to anyone in need of a great advocate.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was amazing to work with! Any questions or concerns we had were handled quicker than anyone weve ever worked with. We had so many issues with the first house we went in contract with but Vanessa was able to explain all our options through the entire process. When we finally found the home of our dreams everything went perfectly so we were able to close on time and in line with the home we were selling. We would absolutely recommend Vanessa to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa helped us find a home when we were moving from Georgia to Texas. It was an extremely stressful process but she did everything she could possibly do to reduce our stress. She was extremely responsive and had plenty of extremely helpful recommendations. It was a lifesaver having someone we could trust help us through the process when we couldnt be there physically ourselves. 10/10 would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is an incredible real estate agent who we enjoyed working with. From the first correspondence to closing she was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process. She was flexible and available to take us to properties while working around our schedules. We had issues getting the gas line tested before closing, but she persisted until the issue was resolved so we could close in time. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and organized. I would definitely recommend her, and would love to work with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure to be connected with Vanessa via Zillow while looking at properties in Texas from out of state. Vanessa made the process very easy and smooth. Vanessa did everything for us from video showing of different properties, getting repair estimates, contractors for repairs, all the way until the sale was finalized. Even after the closing, Vanessa followed through with the contractors until the property was ready to be turned over. Vanessa was always responsive and informative on all the questions we had throughout the process in a timely manner. If you are looking for a realtor to purchase a home, look no further. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She made you feel like you were her only client when I know she had many others. Her response to any question no matter the time of day was quickly responded to and answered. If for some reason she wasn't sure of something she went on a mission to find you that answer. Vanessa was sweet, honest, professional, upfront, informative, and just wonderful!I 100% cannot say one bad thing about Vanessa and you would be crazy to not choose her for this exciting, stressful time of buying or selling a home! She is your rock!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was always super attentive and supportive in all we asked(and we asked alot) and all our needs. We always heard back within an hour or sooner of messaging or calls. We only got to work with her for about a month because our house sold quick, but if she treats all her customers the way she treated us then you would be the lucky ones if she got your business.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I reached out to Vanessa when we decided to move from Northern California to the Wichita Falls area. She immediately went to work for us by suggesting homes in our price range, doing video tours of homes, and helping us submit offers. We were able to close on a home with the features we were looking for within a few weeks. Vanessa helped negotiate a lot of little details with the seller, stayed in close contact with our lender, and kept us in the loop regarding every step of the process. She is both friendly and efficient. It was great working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was a lifesaver in our home buying experience! We are first time buyers and we purchased a new build which was an extensive process . She was there every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted it, never hesitating to answer all of our questions ( we had a TON as first time buyers). During this process I was out of town a lot, and she still insured to contact me on a daily basis with updates and would return answers to my questions as quickly as possible. My favorite part about having Vanessa as our realtor was that she became a close friend in the process, and we are beyond excited to have her with us in our future endeavors. By far one of the most informed, caring, and kind people we have had the pleasure of working with! We are beyond impressed with her abilities as a realtor, her knowledge of the area, and her beautiful, genuine personality! We dont want anyone else from now on!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the first time we have bought land which was not the same as buying a house. Vanessa was always available to answer any and all questions we had and when she didn't have the answer she would let us know promptly responding back within the hour. She was always professional and polite. Unfortunately we did not get to meet face to face because of the corona virus but she made sure we knew where to go and offered her services for future needs since we are new to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is absolutely wonderful! I'm disabled & live a little ways always so she helped me out by doing video walkthroughs of the houses. She's also been so patient with all of my questions that I've asked. When we found the right house she stayed up until 10pm helping me with the contract & answering a bunch of questions. Vanessa is the type of agent that you always wish for, the one that is all about customer service. Anything I haven't understood she's always had the answer or found it for me, she's never left me with unanswered questions. She always goes the extra mile. I don't know how she had time for anything because she lets me call her throughout the weekend if I come up with a question, that's how great she is. I really can't say enough good things about her, including she made sure that there was a home warranty included in the contact that I never thought about, that was her looking out for me. She's definitely the best!
