ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa came to us w/o referral through Zillow. We requested to see a house and Zillow put us in contact w/ her. We weren't sure of her and knew virtually nothing about her. That was in January and now, at the end of April, we've just closed on our dream home. Vanessa has knocked it out of the park through this entire time/process. Without making you aware of it, she really does figure out what you're looking for and what is a property you'll be interested in seeing. We had a couple HIGHLY unusual situations occur while looking for a home and Vanessa handled all of it professionally while also looking out for us. I have no negatives for her and would highly recommend her.

After I clicked the link, I literally got a response back within a minute - and fortunately I got that kind of response from Vanessa throughout the entire process. I moved into the area from out of town, and Vanessa was able to check out a few homes for me and provide feedback in the first few days. I was able to fly out to Portland for a few days, and Vanessa was able to line up several showings on short notice. Once we found a home that we liked, Vanessa was very good to work with throughout the entire closing process, including some flood zone complications that came up. Next time I'm in the market, I'll definitely work with Vanessa again.
