Because of my very particular nature and being a 2nd time homebuyer, she instantly knew my taste and found me a beautiful new home in a desirable neighborhood for an awesome price. Vanessa even made suggestions in making the home perfect for me. My home was a ready to move-in, newly built home so due to the home being already complete the builder did not allow changes that far into the process.
