Her intimate knowledge of the market proved invaluable to ensure we had the best chance of finding and closing on our dream home. What I most appreciated about Vanessa was her honestly and integrity. Vanessa was always available to answer any question from beginning to end (I don't think I ever waited more than an hour for a response) and even post sale has been incredibly helpful by sharing her network of trade professionals. ZillowWe used Vanessa to sell our condo and buy our "forever" home and we couldn't be happier. Vanessa guided us through the whole process with selling. By following her instructions, we sold our condo in less than a week! The buying process was a little harder but Vanessa was so patient with us. She never forced us or pushed us along, she knew all the houses and neighborhoods we were interested in and was always willing to show us anything we requested. We felt very comfortable asking for her advice and opinions because we knew she would be honest with us and would not let us make a bad decision. We eventually found our forever home, which ended up being For Sale by Owner--not the ideal situation but Vanessa never faltered. She was there was us the whole time with negotiations, inspections, suggestions for any changes, recommendations for contractors, the whole nine yards. We would recommend Vanessa to anyone in a heartbeat. Not only was she amazing with the buying and selling process but we also feel like we made a friend out of it!

ZillowVanessa is amazing! Unlike other agents, she:1. Always makes you feel like you're her only client even though she is a busy woman. Emails, calls and texts were always answered promptly, if not within an hour or two, at least by end of day. Somehow she manages to do that even though she does not take calls when she is with a client. She is 100% focused on you. This is a huge differentiator. When I purchased my first home, my agent went MIA after I signed the contract. Vanessa was there every step of the way. 2. Always worked on our behalf and executed our decisions. This is a big deal. During our homebuying process, friends, family and even dentists shared their horror stories about their real estate agents. Each felt that they had been screwed over in some way. They were all pushed to pay more or do something they didn't want to do. Vanessa was the complete opposite. She provided the facts, gave us guidance on the risks and opportunities based on her experiences and told us to think about what makes sense for us. She always had us sleep on it. If you're the indecisive type, this may be a watchout and you may need an agent who keeps you in check.3. Always had so much positive energy.We went through 3 bids on 3 different houses before we purchased our home. Each had a unique situation as to why the deal fell through. Vanessa handled every situation like the pro that she is and also constantly checked in on us to make sure we didn't get discouraged or regretted our decisions. In hindsight, we're so happy we did not get those other houses.My husband and I are so thankful we found Vanessa. We didn't know anyone in the area so no one referred us to her. We just researched agents in the area who had done business within our $500k price range. From there, we narrowed it down to three agents and sent each an email introducing ourselves and our needs. To be honest, Vanessa was not our top choice out of the list, mainly because she didn't have as many online reviews as the other candidates. However, she was the first to call back - within an hour - and she was genuine. That's why we feel compelled to post a review. Vanessa is one of the best and you will not regret working with her!
