13 years ago, my new bride and I first met Vanessa Reilly, when we were looking for a home to start our lives together as newlyweds. She verrrry much impressed us with her expertise and specialization in the mid-century modern style of homes, which was what we hoped to find. We ultimately found our "inside the perimeter " dream house mid-century modern mountain lodge style home, listed by a different realtor. But...over all the 13 years since, we followed Vanessa and her listings, since we loooove the mid-century style of houses she sells. Absolutely, when it came time to sell ours, she was for sure who we wanted as our listing agent. Her marketing plan and suggested strategy for a very successful and profitable sale was based on her expert read on current market conditions in this specific subset of the Atlanta real estate market. Convinced her suggestions were based on solid demonstrated research and her many years of expertise, we went with all her recommendations for the selling of our home, regarding marketing and pricing, etc.. At Vanessa's suggestion, she provided referrals for a pre-sale inspection service, followed up with her trusted vendors to get our house in top shape for selling it to detail oriented and discriminating buyers. This was money well spent, as the house was standing tall and proud, as the sales launch approached. The marketing video she and her team produced was epic, awesome and super cinematic.
