Price it right from the start, make a great first impression, and listen to the market. The right preparation + the right marketing can make all the difference!

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve had the opportunity to work with all types of clients, from first-time homebuyers to experienced buyers, sellers, investors, and everyone in between!

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

One of my favorite recent transactions was helping a newly married couple with a newborn baby find the perfect starter home. Being part of such an exciting new chapter for their growing family made it especially rewarding!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My Realtor became a great friend and encouraged me to get my real estate license because she felt I would be a natural fit for the industry. Her encouragement inspired me to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did!

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Broker Associate license, which have strengthened my skills in communication, leadership, negotiation, and navigating the real estate process with confidence.

Vanessa has been super to work with during our search for a second home in the St Lucie area. We began working with her while still at our residence in Ohio. She gave us her honest opinion on a number of homes during our search, and helped us set up visits as soon as we arrived in Stuart the first of the year. We have not found the right place for us yet, but will continue to work with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a home or condo in her territory. She?s knowledgeable and straightforward. We can?t comment on her negotiation skills, as we have not asked her do that?yet!

Vanessa was everything you want in a real estate agent. She was attentive and professional throughout all our transactions. I?d say she genuinely loves being a realtor and put my needs above anything else. I conducted three 3 transactions with her (2 sales and 1 purchase) and on every single one of them, it was clear how important it is to have a top notch realtor in your corner. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Florida, so I can no longer use her services, but it didnt stop me from having her look over the documents associated with my most recent purchase.
