The other Realtor showed the house only twelve times in four months. I can think of many wonderful words that describe Vanessa and her ability to sell your house, but four that stand out are Professional, Knowledgeable, Excellence and Impressive. Vanessa told us that she could sell our house in one month and explained what we had to do to get the house ready. We did everything that she suggested. The first five days after the house was listed she showed it seven times. It was untrue when she told us that she would sell our house in one month, it was sold on the sixth day. As far as I am concerned that is pretty Impressive. Not only did she sell our house in less than one week, she also coordinated in the finalization in the new home we purchased out of town. Words can not describe how we feel about Vanessa and her ability to sell your property.
