We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Harper! We hooked up with Vanessa completely by chance. My wife and I requested a viewing of a house that we were interested and Vanessa promptly responded with with multiple options including that night! Throughout the whole process she was super responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The way she catered to our schedule and aggressively pursued any request that we had showed us that we were her priority, every step of the way! She made this a wonderful, stress free experience for us. Even after we closed, Vanessa was there making sure that everything was taking care of. The day we were supposed to move in we found that the previous owners had left behind an I cleaned house, stuff all over and a garage full of items! She took care of everything! Refusing to let that ruin our experience, she brought her family, a trailer and super upbeat positive attitudes over and took care of it! They hauled everything away for us and even hired a cleaner who was came over that night! Vanessa went over and beyond as our agent. We live in Delaware n trying to look for and buy a home from the east coast can be a challenge but Vanessa was always there for us when we came into town. She did so many little things for us like being there when our inspector came. Doing the final walk through for us. I would highly recommend Vanessa.
