ZillowVERIFIEDVanessa has been a wonderful realtor. She has helped me sell three deferent properties over the years. The first one I had on the market for a long time with a different realtor with very little action. I changed to Vanessa and it was sold with in the week, she knows how to find the correct buyer for the area and the property.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa stayed the course, she showed us house after house, year after year! It took us six years to buy. Patience, friendly, kindness, and she believed in OUR Key Largo dream. Diligent, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend anyone to use Vanessa as their Florida Keys realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second transaction with Vanessa in Islamorada. Over the past three years she has provided the exact data we needed to find what we wanted. She is extremely kind, helpful, courteous and prompt. I have worked with many realtors in the past that made no impression upon me but can happily say my wife and I would consult no one else but Vanessa as our level of trust is great. Vanessa is a dedicated professional with intelligent answers, she is responsive and demonstrates a level of integrity that is difficult to find today. When we sell our current home after building on our new lot we will absolutely choose Vanessa to represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED I was discouraged as another realtor my son engaged had shown us all the homes in the keys that fit our profile. A friend told me to talk to Vanessa as he used her to find his home in the keys. She scoured the internet and found a house that had not been shown to us. It had been taken off the listings temporarily to upgrade. She made arrangements for us to see the home even though the remodel was not complete. She expected me to still use my son's agent but still took the time to make sure we saw everything. We only had a few days in the keys. The home was perfect for me as she thought it would be. I hired her as my agent and immediately negotiated to buy the house I now own. I am very pleased with the house and Vanessa.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was excellent in the way that she communicated to me throughout the whole process. There was never a moment that I felt like I was out of the loop. In negotiations they were able to assist me in getting me more than what we expected. She is a great negotiator and very knowledgeable with all that is in the Keys and in Miami as well. I think I have found my realtor for the rest of my life. Thank you soooooo much Vanessa you were heaven sent.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Vanessa was a wonderful experience. We made known what we were interested in, location and our price range and she adhered to all our specifications; not wasting our time showing us homes that would be of no interest to us nor could we afford. Everything went well right through to the closing. Vanessa is very professional, personable and respectful.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Vanessa Chamizo. She has been living in the area for many years and is familiar with all of the neighborhoods. She is a full time realtor who spends a lot of time with her clients to find them the right home. She is very involved in community affairs and especially at Marvelous Pet Rescue. She is fluent in Spanish which enables her to relate to more people. She is friendly and honest . She is knowledgeable of the Florida Keys lifestyle of fishing and boating. I have known her for three years and she has helped me find and buy two homes. I enjoy working with her and look forward to her finding me more homes to purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was highly recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with her professionalism, responsiveness, and patience! Buying a house was quite a challenge considering we were first time home buyers and Vanessa walked us through every step of the way. She was excellent at arranging showings in a timely manner and was graciously willing to commute to Miami from the Keys to be there for our showings. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was very helpful in guiding us through the unique regulations and processes associated with purchasing a property in Florida. She answered all my questions in a professional manner and probably some that weren't really her responsibility but she was gracious and answered them anyway. I would definitely recommend Vanessa to another potential buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Vanessa was very positive. She set me up to see the best properties for my needs and then once I found the proprty of my dreams, she worked hard to make it happen. Knowing my experience in the financial arena, she allowed me to call the shots in terms of the offers made and we worked very well as a team in negotiating the best deal for me. It was never about what Vanessa wants- it was always about what the client wants- and the client was me.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is an excellent Real State Agent with a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and contracts. Because of her experience we were able to find a problem with an expire permit with the city and have the old owner to paid for the expenses to get it fix. The negotiation of the price was sup perv since she new what was the going price of the properties and how much we could offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was a pleasure to work with. She both helped me buy my oceanfront condo and sell it . She is extremely knowledgeable of the Islamorada area. She listens to you and is not just looking to make a sale. I will be buying again in Islamorada as soon as my youngest son graduates college and their is no one else I would call. I consider Vanessa a friend. She is honest, sincere and one of the nicest people I've ever met.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa was an incredible help to us, as we were definitely "newbies" looking for a house in the Keys. She selected several houses that met our requirements, and up graded when necessary. I would use her again and recommend her for all real estate services.
