ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to accept a position and move in the midst of the pandemic, we wanted someone who had ties to our niche neighborhood to help us sell our home. Valery was the perfect hire. Her professionalism and personality paved the way for a rather seamless sell within 5 weeks of putting our home on the market. From the initial staging, to the list price, and on through closing Valery did a phenomenal job and wed not only highly recommend her, but well use her again should we transition back to the DFW metroplex!

ZillowVERIFIED Valery was the best in helping us sell our home! She was prompt & courteous and helped the process go as smoothly as possible! She was very thorough & caught things we wouldn't have otherwise noticed during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her assistance to anyone looking for a real estate professional in the DFW area!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and also very clueless about a lot. Valery was super helpful and patient with me and all my questions! She would text me updates constantly and send me pictures of my home while it was being built whenever I couldnt make it out to look at it. Even after I moved in, I still texted her a few times to ask questions and she never hesitated to give me an answer or try her best to find the answer. Would highly recommend! She really made the process super easy and way less scary than I thought it would be.

ZillowVERIFIED Due to our circumstance we had to purchase our home remotely. Valery was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and maintaining communication with us throughout the whole process. She traveled to all the homes that we requested she go to and she took videos and pictures for us to assist us in making our decision. She was very skilled in the negotiation phase and provided us with beneficial feedback and advice to make our home buying process go through smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Valery was amazing! She was referred to me by my sister, and I could not have been happier. We moved to the metroplex from San Antonio, so a lot had to be done via computer and phone. She was very helpful and got us an amazing deal on our home. My loan manager and the title company said they had not seen that good of a deal (with closing costs) in a long time! I would absolutely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Valery is awesome and I will definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is very hands on, has amazing knowledge of areas all over the DFW metroplex area, but if you are looking further out, she researches and finds lots of options for you as well. Her expertise in this market was very impressive and she made this whole process go so smoothly and seamlessly. Our lender also made several comments on how impressed he was with how easy she was to work with and how hands on Valery was.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to buy a house Valery was recommended to us by a family member. They told us she was really on top of things. And they were right. Valery is very professional, approachable and friendly. She was very considerate of our needs and our schedule. She worked hard to accommodate us and did things behind the scenes to save us all time. Our mortgage lender told us he liked our realtor when he saw details in the contract that she had worked out for us. So in short, she is amazing and you should definitely hire her to help you with your realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time we have used Valery Boyer, for our sale and purchase. We again had a wonderful experience! Valery was always available day or night to help us with the sell and purchase of our home. Very knowledgeable of our area. And always willing to go over and beyond for us! We have bought our forever home and hopefully not be moving any time soon in the near future. But I will always recommend Valery Boyer to family and friends! You will always be in great hands with this hard working team!

ZillowVERIFIED The experience in purchasing my first home was a bit daunting, Valery eased me through the entire process. It took a little less than 6 months. Valery, was there for me through the entire process. We saw ALOT of houses, but she kept me going. She was open and honest with all the listings and my budget. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and would recommend Valery to everyone and anyone needing to purchase or list a house.
