And most importantly, don’t be afraid to ask questions—I’m here to make the process smooth and stress-free for you!

Pricing your home correctly from the start is also key—it attracts serious buyers and helps you sell faster. I use top-tier marketing strategies, including social media and video, to showcase your home to the right audience. My goal is to make the process easy for you while maximizing your return!

One of my favorite transactions was helping a young couple buy their first home. They were nervous about the process, but I walked them through every step, answered all their questions, and negotiated a great deal for them. Seeing their excitement on closing day made all the hard work worth it. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do!

I rented a home from Valerie Valluzzi under a lease signed September 14, 2026. Since move-in, the central air conditioning (A/C) has not cooled the house on its own. A small window A/C unit in the converted Florida room has been running on high to cool the house, and she acknowledged this in writing. The gaps around that window unit's wall opening have not been sealed. On September 25 she confirmed in writing that she and a technician would come on September 30 to evaluate the system. The resealing she committed to by September 30 has not been done, and the central system overheated again on October 4 and October 6. The refrigerator also failed. I reported in writing on September 21 that it was not cooling. On September 22 the repair technician found a broken defrost mechanism with the coils iced solid. I had already discarded the spoiled food, and I asked in writing to be reimbursed $121.30. It has not been reimbursed. I have sent multiple written follow-ups with time-stamped photos asking for repair dates and, as of October 6, 2026, have not been given them. Instead I was told to limit my communication to a single email address. Prompt, clear communication on repairs is what I needed most from my landlord, and I did not receive it.
