ZillowVERIFIEDYou will NEVER find another realtor who cares as much about her clients as Val Terrett! We have been working with her since 2002 and shes guided us through a half-dozen transactions from vacant land to long-distance purchasing to property management. This year we listed our rental property with her and it sold full-price the first day! Shes the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Selling my long time residence seemed like it might be a daunting and emotional process but Val Terrett made the experience a very positive one by telling me what I should expect throughout the process. Val gave me all the information that I needed to properly price the home and to easily & efficiently deal with contracts and negotiations. Val gave me status updates through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions that arose. We had a contract on the home within a week of listing it and I am now looking forward to having Val assist me in finding me my next home. Thanks Val!

ZillowVERIFIED Val did everything for us in a very efficient manner, even as we were buying this home in Hobe Sound, while we were in another state! She took pictures of the house and e-mailed me. She had an inspector come and do everything needed - site unseen! We were very pleased in the way which Val handled the entire process - from start to finish!Smart, efficient, personal amazing real estate salesperson.

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie has been one of the most helpful and supportive Real Estate Professionals I have ever dealt with. Not only did she help to locate the perfect property, but after the storms came in and did their damage she helped to facilitate repairs for the property while the family was away. OUTSTANDING!

ZillowVERIFIED I am 90 years old and purchased my home in Hobe Sound in 1971, 46 yeas ago. I decided to sell to my home this year and contacted Valerie Terrett. She came in and made suggestions to show my home. She sold my home within a week it was on the market. She sold it for alot more than I expected. Valerie is a very honest, hard working and very professional. She knows the local market very well and gets the process done in a fast and stress free way. We would definitely recommend Valerie to handle your buying or listing needs as she has lived and worked in the area for over 25 years and very professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Listens to what YOU want, finds the properties that fit your requests, handles all the details professionally and very easy to work with. We had relocated from California to the Treasure Coast and discussed what we wanted and in a very short leadtime had multiple locations to view. We chose a beautiful home and move went very smoothly with Val's help in lining up movers.

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie is an excellent and professional agent. She worked hard to help us successfully sell our house and buy a new one. I love that Val gave her expert advice but always made sure that we were comfortable with what we are offering or went the buyer was offering. She was always available when we have questions or needed help with something. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie is very easy to work with. She guided my elderly mother through the sale of her home. Had a sale in about 2 weeks! Valerie kept my mother and the rest of the family informed all along the way. She made this transaction very stress free for my mother, which was very much appreciated by the family. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Have worked with Valerie for many years. Our successes in real estate transactions are due in part by Valerie's knowledge of the market, her understanding of our objectives and getting real buyers to the table.Starting with a vacant lot purchase many years ago we have built on our real estate portfolio several fold.Valerie helped us negotiate and purchase our first rental property while we were living in New Mexico. Although I traveled here to meet with her and see several properties personally, she handled all the details of the transaction locally. She even was the property manager for a time until we returned to Hobe Sound.
