My family contacted Jessie in June 2021 to sell my parent's home after my father passed away. As we began the process of preparing for the sale, we uncovered some issues with permitting that took months to resolve, as well as considerable time spent clearing the home and outbuildings of their possessions. Since we were three hours away, it was an overwhelming challenge for my family, but Jessie spent considerable time and effort to help facilitate the process, schedule help where needed, keep plants watered in the hot spells, and keep an eye on the house for security while it was vacant. It took exactly one year to finally get it listed. Jessie personally staged the home simply and beautifully, and found the perfect buyer for the home we loved and enjoyed for decades, on the first day of listing. Closing went extremely fast and efficient, without a single problem. We are forever appreciative of Jessie for hanging in there with us for a full year, and providing us with first class service and guidance at every turn.
