ZillowVERIFIED Valerie is very knowledgeable about home models, neighborhood history, and the home buyers process itself. Additionally, Valerie is very personable, She makes you feel comfortable as we talked about life, common experiences and mutual interests. Throughout the process, I felt as though she was learning "me", as the listings became more and more buyer specific. Please note that I only gave three stars for negotiation skills as there was very little to evaluate for a rating. I would wholeheartedly recommend Valerie as a buyer's agent and would use her again if needed.

ZillowVERIFIED When we first met Valerie Pressley, she explained that her job is more customer service oriented, customer satisfaction than sales or making profit. Valerie proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of local home sales knowledge, knowledge management, task-oriented, and the local business market. As our Realtor, she helped us find the perfect buyers for our house in ensuring the buyers will bring value to our former community and will take care of our previous home. She displayer process expertise, negotiation skills saving our target sales price and our revenues target number. In the end, we were so fortunate to have found Valerie as she negotiated and safeguarded our family interest while we were selling outside the state. My favorite Valerie is saying ... "the minute you buy a property you become the seller, and we need to marriage the perfect family to the home.aEUR? V/r,Eddie

ZillowVERIFIED My parents and I engaged Valerie to sell the family home in 2018 as our sellers agent. Due to several factors, age of the home, title issues, and tax liabilities this sale was a challenging endeavor. Valerie overcame all of these obstacles with professionalism, knowledge and understanding. In the end the property sold for ABOVE the asking price and with the assistance of Valeries associations putting more money than expected in my parents pockets. I plan to use Valerie again and would highly recommend her.
