ZillowVERIFIED Valerie made everything easy for me! moving from another state she did all of the leg work and stayed on top of things, and also saved me from having to make multiple trips to Vegas. She was always in communication with me to make sure the process was going smoothly, or to see if I had any questions. At the end of the process, all I had to do was complete the paperwork, &I was in my new home within 2 weeks. Valerie has also checked in with me after my move to make sure everything was ok. Valerie was assigned to work with us and we were immediately comforted by her warm caring demeanor. Only having a vague idea of where we wanted to live, Valerie was very forthcoming in terms of areas that would work with our needs and lifestyle. After our initial trip to the area, Valerie stayed in contact with us over the holidays. We made a second house hunting trip and found our new home. We had to sell our home in California and Valerie stayed in contact with the builder keeping them appraised on our progress. We closed in record time on both ends of the transaction. I cant say enough good things about the customer service and professionalism displayed by Valerie.
