ZillowVERIFIED How refreshing it was to have Valerie with us for our house search journey. Laughing, sharply criticizing, listening, advising. She is great. Being first buyer in the US, we asked so many questions to understand the entire process, one way or the other Valerie would answer them all. Shes a professional. Present and available at every single step of our house search. As soon as we started with Valerie, right after the first house visit we knew she got it all, we could trust her to get us to navigate this complex process and find our house. She made it happen, we couldnt expect better and smoother experience with you Valerie and all your referrals of the different parties. We are happy to get to know you. Cheerful Valerie.

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie did a great job assisting me with the sale of my house. Valerie was also my agent when I purchased this home 12 years ago. I trust her! Valerie?s advice and recommendations are always actionable, and ensured that my house presented itself well for listing and viewings. The pictures for the listing were very well done, creating a great first impression for my house, ensuring a high volume of viewings. Valerie was accessible through all steps of the sale, guiding me on the timeline and tracking all of the relevant details. I am a returning client, and would recommend Valerie to anyone buying/selling in the St Petersburg area.

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie is a true professional and a really nice person! It is my first experience as a buyer on the US market and I realize it wont always be this easy to purchase a home from initial search to final escrow closing, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie understands the Bay Area real estate market. She is friendly yet professional. She communicates well, is always available and stays engaged - in the right ways. I feel she knows people. She and her son make a fabulous team. The ground work and consultation that she provided in advance of listing the property were the keys to my property receiving a ratified contract the day it hit MLS. I would highly recommend Valerie as a realtor, and I continue to work with her on my next move.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Valerie several years ago when we began our home buying adventure, we were not able to buy at that time. So we were now ready to purchase and I connected with Valerie again after all these years. She is a delight to work with, very experienced in real estate but her customer service is what really stands out to me. She was available almost 24/7, via phone, email or texts. I never hesitated to reach out to Valerie with even the smallest concerns or questions. Valerie provided other helpful information along the way such as emails for discounts with ADP, a Utility helper site that assists with connecting your utilities, etc. We closed on our home in record time on 9/28/18 and Valerie showered us with a few house warming gifts to our delight. You will enjoy working with Valerie as we have I guarantee!

ZillowVERIFIED The minute we met Valerie we immediately knew she was trustworthy, thoroughly knowledgeable of the housing market and very energetic. She was our first choice to secure our new condo. From beginning to closing she played a hands on role, always answering every call, text and email. Valerie is very reassuring, encouraging, and professional. We were so impressed that we asked her to sell our home which she listed and sold full asking price in six days.

ZillowVERIFIED We?d strongly recommend Valerie Jarnberg. She is pro-active, competitive, upbeat and optimistic while also being realistic. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and very tech-savvy. We were selling a condo with tenant in residence and she did her best under challenging circumstances. Once the tenant moved out, we had buyer within ten days. Even though we were overseas at the time, we were able to do all the communication and required ?paperwork? electronically through email, the web and WhatsApp. She efficiently organized two minor repairs in our absence using trusted licensed contractors. Back in the US after our trip, closing was easy and smooth and she and her husband even helped us move a couple of awkward items to our main residence. We have no hesitation in recommending Valerie Jarnberg and will certainly utilize her services next time we sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Valerie Jarnberg helped us buy our first home in the US when we moved from overseas for a job transfer. She helped us navigate the real estate and mortgage market and made it easy with her local expertise. We stayed in touch for 9 years and of course when it was time to sell we called her. She worked diligently with the relocation company and was able to get us multiple offers on the house. Valerie kept us updated weekly on the local market, did open houses and negotiated well with the buyers. She was always calling us back quickly to answer a question, even at 7 am! Between my work and travels, it was so important having a professional like Valerie taking care of selling our property in Florida. Valerie really helps us net the maximum in the best time frame. Thanks again.

ZillowVERIFIED When we first moved to the US, buying a home was a scary process. Valerie made it easy and explained how real estate and mortgage work in the States. When it was time to move again, she was the most qualified agent with her international background. She answers all our questions and try to reassure us along the way. We closed the week school was over, just perfect! I would recommend to anyone.
