When she informed me it was already under contract, she also told me she was an agent and would be more than willing to help me find a place of my own.Valerie lived nowhere near where I was looking, but was still very knowledgeable about the area, and was still able to meet me at every showing - even when there was very little notice given by the seller.Not only did she walk me through every step needed to make my purchase, she also recommended a fantastic lawyer to take care of all the paperwork.
