We recently worked with Valerie to sell our home and had a very positive experience on so many levels. She is truly a real estate professional that is great at her job, and also a fantastic person who made the process as enjoyable and easy as possible for us. We connected with her months before we listed and she worked tirelessly with us on timing that worked for our family -- we never felt any pressure to actually sell, despite Val spending a lot of time compiling data for our sale, photographing our space, and giving us advice. I was out of state and in a very difficult legal situation that required delicacy, strength and an abundance of patience and diplomacy. She managed the complexities with seemingly effortless ease. She was well networked with excellent contractors, stagers, attorneys, and management groups to help get the necessary last minute repairs done on the unit and facilitate a closing in under 2 weeks from the time of the accepted offer. No task was too small for her full attention or too big that she couldn't find creative solutions to resolve. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help bridge the gaps in communications among the other parties. She also spent countless hours by email and phone, responding very promptly to the needs of the moment and always available to help me understand every nuance.
