About Valerie Chachere
My medical background taught me to put the needs of my patients first. Patient care was my top priority, and the medical field ingrained that in me. I brought this lesson into my real estate work, where the focus on clients' fiduciary duties is just as important. In fact, I'm willing to go above and beyond for all of my clients.website

We have three young adult children--one boy and two girls. Our oldest daughter just had a baby, making us brand-new grandparents! We also have three rambunctious Mini Aussies, three cats, and a tortoise, so there's never a dull moment in our family!

FAQ
Get pre-approved before you begin your search and choose a budget that leaves room to enjoy life after you move in. Be clear about your must-haves, but stay open to possibilities. Most of all, work with an agent who listens, answers your questions, and cares about finding the right home for you.
Start with the right price and have your home ready to make a strong first impression. A clean, decluttered space and great photos help buyers picture themselves living there. Work with an agent who gives you honest advice, keeps you informed, and adjusts the strategy when needed. Be patient and open to feedback—selling is a team effort.
I’ve worked with local, out-of-state, and international buyers, as well as homeowners selling and clients relocating to the area. I also work with buyers and sellers of luxury homes, waterfront properties, vacant land, and commercial real estate, including developers. Each client’s situation is different, and I tailor my guidance to their goals, timeline, and comfort level.
One that stands out was helping a couple relocate to the Highland Lakes area. We explored several communities before finding the right home, and I negotiated a price reduction and repair credits for them. With an online closing arranged, I handled the final walkthrough before funding. It was rewarding to help them navigate a big move and see everything come together.
Before real estate, I spent more than 13 years in the medical field, where listening, caring for people, and helping them through important decisions were part of my everyday work. Real estate was something I had always wanted to pursue, and the career change offered more flexibility to manage my autoimmune disease. I brought that same caring approach with me, helping residential and commercial clients feel supported and informed from start to finish.
I completed the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP), which strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. My 13-plus years in the medical field also taught me to listen closely, pay attention to details, and guide people through important decisions with patience and care. I bring those skills to every client relationship and stay involved with the Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®, where I serve on the TREPAC Committee.
