To say that Valerie is the best is an absolute understatement. Ive used her four times for both buying and selling in Westchester and now Putnam and theres no one else I would trust to take me through the process. She is always responsive, on top of everything, really listens to what the client wants and does everything she can to help them get it. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, honest, patient and really works well with everybody involved in the process, from the other agents, to the inspectors to the attorneys. Valerie is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does.My wife and I decided to take the plunge and look for our first house back in August. A friend of my wife referred us to Valerie, after our first conversation we both knew that Valerie would be the one. What stuck out the most was her making sure that we were in control of everything and she was there to aid us in anything we needed. She has drawn out steps and explanations that goes into purchasing a home and what to expect going forward.To be completely honest, we had no idea what we were doing. I mean, you can google as much as you can, but there are some things that only comes with experience, and Valerie proved that (over and over again). We needed a mortgage broker, within 5 minutes she gave us 3 numbers and told us to call and choose. She didn't push us in any direction, always ready to support us in every decision we made as far as who we chose.We needed an attorney, inspector, and septic inspector (didn't even know we needed this, but luckily this came in handy) she always had recommendations. That's what she kept on drilling into our heads, what she was giving us was just recommendations, it was up to us to choose.We trusted Valerie enough to go with some of the people she recommended. Valerie is so respected amongst her peers that every time I mentioned I was working with her they only had positive things to say. Even going as far as congratulating me on choosing such a great agent.I know this is a little long, but I can't stress this enough, you need someone like Valerie when you're buying a house. You need someone who listens, understands, and executes whatever you need. A respected individual in the industry who can make things happen because people listen to her. Her clients are her first priority, and she proved that with us time and time again during the process. A person who would answer EVERY question I had, no matter how dumb it was (she assured me there was no dumb questions, but trust me, they were dumb), and made sure she had the correct answer.We closed on our first house 2/1/21 (yes during the blizzard), and the house is our dream house.
