Review Excellent. Valerie approached me about buying a property I owned for a client, and ended up getting me a sizeable bonus on the property due to some complexities involved. When I got ready to sell another property, I used her for that sale. She provided a very detailed and well researched market analysis for me, that proved to be very accurate. It took longer to sell my property than we anticipated, but at her recommendation, I stayed firm on the price. She showed it to several people, took two or three offers, and finally negotiated a deal with a buyer that resulted in a full price sale. I actually have recommended her to two prospective clients, and would use her again as my representative in purchasing or selling property.

Review Valerie is exceptional. Extreme on being knowledgeable about the properties we were originally looking at. Honest on which properties would work or not work for us. Always the knowledgeable advocate for us during the real estate process. This was a tricky sales process as we were selling our Anchorage home at the same time of buying our Kenai home. The sell / buy process happened one day apart. Talk about stressful! Issues with our Anchorage close where our local realtor was non responsive. Although Valerie was not directly involved with that sale, she jumped in and handled the issues quickly in order for us to close timely on our Kenai home purchase. We highly recommend Valerie for any Real Estate needs in the State of Alaska. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, always accessible, and honest. Other Realtors should take note of how Valerie runs her business and earns every penny of her commission.

Review Valerie was so awesome in helping us to find our new home in Homer. Our family is out of state, and was looking to relocate to Alaska. Valerie was our eyes and ears, as we were not able to fly out there for every house that we were interested in. We put our trust in her to tour the house, Facetime with us at the property, and guide us to the final sale. Her response to our questions was immediate, and kept constant open communication......even when she was on vacation halfway around the world! Review We worked with Valerie to purchase a house in Homer, AK. We lived a day's drive away from Homer though so we relied on Valerie to be our eyes and ears in Homer. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and always responsive in communication. Even though we couldn't travel to town to view every new listing, she was always willing to walkthrough properties with us on FaceTime (sometimes multiple times) to ensure we had all the information necessary to make an informed offer. She also helped us craft a winning offer in a very competitive market to get the perfect house. Post-sale she has continued to help us by answering questions and even running errands for us when we're out of town. My purchase had some challenges; a remote property on acreage, winterized with power shut off, seller in the lower 48, and me in a different remote location and travel restricted by pandemic fears. Review I was looking for a home in the Anchorage/Wasilla area and requested info from Valerie on a condo for sale. She responded within a few hours and showed me the condo the next day. She proceeded to show me 8-10 homes over the next week and she did not give up until we found the perfect home for my daughter and I. She made me feel like I was her only client, always responded promptly to my texts and emails, and guided me through the whole process to make sure the house was in good condition and negotiated all repairs. I was even able to do early occupancy, which was a lifesaver since I was staying in a hotel. Our home is adorable and it is perfect for my toddler and my pets. Valerie still helps me locate documents that I need. She is the best realtor in the Anchorage/MatSu area and I highly recommend her!
