She came to meet us at the house and that same day she gave us a list of "suggestions" on what to do to obtain the best results from the sale. We applied ALL her recommendations and listed the house for sale on a Tuesday... by Wednesday we had received 4 offers and by Thursday we were under contract for higher than asking price. She has an amazing eye to highlight the best in your house and make it sale in the shortest time for top dollar. She has an entire network to make this possible, from incredible photographers to available handyman to do all the retouches needed for the sale.
