ZillowVERIFIEDWe simply could not have done this without Valerie. She is kind, helpful, super knowledgeable and was always available to answer our myriad questions. Buying a house can be complicated, tricky and confusing but with Valerie on our team, it wasnt. She always had our best interests in mind, guided us expertly and successfully negotiated on our behalf. She really knows the D.C. area and you can trust her to look out for you. Weve never bought a house before, but with Valeries help, I felt comfortable and confident through the whole process.
ZillowVERIFIEDValerie was the most important part of our wonderful experience buying a home! She was with us every step of the way: choosing homes to tour; looking at them; writing our offer and picking numbers; talking to the listing agent, lender, settlement lawyer, inspector, and everyone else; and just generally getting the deal done on time and in our price range. She is so knowledgeable about the market and process, and took time to make us feel like we were her most important clients. When some surprises arose after we were under contract, Valerie?s calm approach, expertise, and connections were integral to closing the deal. We?ve recommended her to everyone we know. If you want a sharp expert with a personal touch, we recommend her to you too!
ZillowVERIFIEDValerie made first-time home buying as painless and smooth of a process as can be. She was recommended to me by my broker, and I?m so glad I got to work with her. She has outstanding communication skills and responds promptly at all hours of the day. She was able to address all my questions and concerns very patiently and helped me get a better understanding of the process, to the point where I was confident I was making the right decision. She was able to quickly determine what I was looking for and make highly personalized recommendations to meet my very specific requirements. She can provide referrals to not only title companies, appraisers, contractors, but even baby sitters in the area. I would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time home buyers, and if I ever have to go through the process again, I wouldn?t want to work with anyone else!
ZillowVERIFIEDValerie Bluestein is an absolute expert in her field who goes above and beyond expectations to put the buyers needs first. Valerie curated home buying portals that met our search criteria, was responsive to our requests to see properties, and sacrificed her own time when events out of our control dictated scheduling changes for viewing properties. Her network and rapport building skills are critical in obtaining time-sensitive and relevant information from the sellers agent that allows the buyer to have the most accurate picture of the sellers position to craft a competitive offer to the seller. Valerie was able to structure a competitive offer for my spouse and I that respected our financial goals and timeline for buying a house. Finally, she was an expert on guiding us as first time homebuyers on what to expect and how to ride the ups and downs of todays competitive sellers market. She would remind us of goals we articulated at the outset of our search and promoted a transactional view towards home buying rather than an emotional one. She helped us navigate the biggest purchase of our life, and we are blessed and grateful for her expertise and support.
ZillowVERIFIEDValerie is a beautiful person inside and out. She is kind, warm, and genuine, which makes her stand out in her field. She is also responsive, attentive, and caring about the experience of her clients. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!
