Valerie was an amazing agent. She got my condo on several lists and it closed within 2 months, on December. Tremendous knowledge on real estate and the market. 6 out of 5 stars.

ReviewThe level of service and the level of competence at by Valerie and her team were mind-boggling. This is the first real estate transaction that I have ever been involved in (either as buyer or seller) where I feel that the real estate agency and the realtor have aided in the process. I only regret that I cannot use Valarie and her team to I sell my house on the other side of the country.

Poor communication skills. She often did not answer questions asked by us or respond to e-mails. Relied on her staff to deal with problems. She relies on other agents to find buyers. We would not use her or her company again.

Review Worked with us by suggesting ways we could show our house to it's best advantage. He also assisted in evaluating offers. When one offer fell through, worked with us in evaluating a second offer. We also we away for a short time period and ensured that the house would not be shown during this time period.

Review The user experience review provided while trying to find a realtor really set Valerie and team ahead of others. Moving from out of state their knowledge of the area was very helpful. They promptly replied to any questions I had, set up viewings very quickly, and provided me with an itinerary of tasks to closing as well as a list & contact info of all the utilities I would need to setup.Valerie and her team made the home buying process stress free.

Review Valerie and her team have provided us excellent help in finding our first home. We have not been an easy customer but they have shown great patience in meeting our needs and expectations. They are very motivated, passionate, and more importantly, being there and available for us to answers our questions. We just closed on our first home yesterday and would happily recommend Valerie and her team to anyone.

Review Val and her team are amazing, they are very attentive, hard working and professional. Everything was top notch; photos, process, feedback, and coordination. Within a week of the listing going live there were multiple offers, and the transaction closed in less than a month after the date of acceptance. This is my second time working with Val and her team and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell.

Review Gabe and Valerie make a phenomenal team! Gabe is extremely responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process when we went to sell our home, which was key since we lived in another state. I would highly recommend this team, as they are a true pleasure to work with and are the best in the business!

Review Valerie and her team were amazing from start to finish. My calls, texts, and emails were always promptly answered and I was kept up to date during each phase of the transaction. There was a time when I was ready to give up on the sale and find a different buyer but Valerie was confident she could and did save the transaction. They even recommended a terrific contractor when I needed to make some repairs. In the end I sold for more than I expected and Valerie and her team was able to negotiate a long list of requested repairs from the buyer to a few key repairs that cost me much less than I was ready to offer. I recommend her without hesitation!

Review Valerie and her team were professional and efficient every step of the way from offer to close. They make good use of technology by having all documents and signings available online. They provide a complete information package that helped guide me through the buying process and they were quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern.

Review I used Valerie with the initial purchase of my house 10 years ago and it was a smooth and hassle free experience. I chose her again when I decided to sell that same property and it was even easier. She and her team are top notch professionals that are extremely responsive and organized, and they made sure that all the paperwork and details were taken care of on time. Buying and selling a house seemed a daunting task but she made it so easy both times. I cannot recommend her enough.

Review I chose Valerie as my agent because she had reached out to offer a market analysis for me. The monthly reports were quite helpful. Also that she works with the largest mover of real estate in the state. She and her team were prompt and absolutely professional. I had many viewings starting immediately and the offers began to roll in. I got a quite good offer and the whole process was completely painless and easy. I highly recommend Valerie and her expert team.

Review Professional and Empathetic. I was grateful that Valerie took the time to allow me to vent and be emotional with regards to selling my parents home. It was during one of the hardest times for me, and Valerie and her team were respectful and patient with me. I felt like they really understood how really difficult it was to list and sell this house.

Review Valerie is THAT agent you want in your corner! She is super responsible & responsive to clients' needs. When issues came up, she proactively suggested a couple of wise solutions and also provided pros & cons of choosing one solution over another! That is EXACTLY the kind of support I needed from my agent and she was there EVERY step of the way to help me. I truly appreciate her dedication & professionalism and would HIGHY recommend her!

Review Service was disorganized and the realtors statement was "I don't like being in the middle?" Was helped more by her assistant, and she called day of closing and said she couldn't make it. We've sold a couple houses in our lifetime and the realtor or assistant was present at closing. Valerie was always in meetings, not sure why she was, it's like she was really not a realtor but one of the higher up employee's like a CEO of the company. would not recommend this realtor or realty company.

The team Valerie works with helped to sell my house in our week. We also followed her advice re staging the house and we rented a storage space to clear extraneous furniture / stuff. The photos and marketing were outstanding. We spoke to her several times but only met once. Great job.
