Review We bought a foreclosure. Val worked diligently to close the purchase and succeeded in doing so in just over two weeks!! Since it was a government foreclosure, the paperwork had to be "just so". When a minor detail of signatures arose that the government didn't like, she came to us on a weekend. We complied with the government request and she sent the paperwork back that day so it would be in their office the first thing on Monday. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and knows how to get things accomplished in an extremely timely manner. We would recommend her highly.
