Buying your first home can be overwhelming, and I expected my agent to guide me through the process. Unfortunately, that did not happen. aEURc I found the property I purchased myself aEUR" she did not provide meaningful assistance in searching for or recommending homes. aEURc She gave almost no explanation of important documents, contracts, or deadlines. At one point, her only comment on the purchase agreement was that it aEURoelooked good,aEUR? without further detail. aEURc She did not walk me through the steps of the process (such as inspections, financing timelines, or contingencies), leaving me unsure and anxious about what to do next. aEURc Communication was poor. She rarely checked in, did not keep me updated, and made me feel like I was going through the process alone. aEURc Even after closing, she did not call, congratulate me, or offer any follow-up aEUR" something I would expect as basic professionalism. Overall, I felt unsupported, uninformed, and disappointed throughout the entire process. For a first-time homebuyer, this lack of effort and guidance was unacceptable. Despite doing the bare minimum, she still collected a full commission. I would not recommend this agent to anyone who wants an advocate that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

So we were thinking that it might take us a year or more to sell. We were in no rush, but were eager to get on with the transaction and move on. Valary was amazing during the process. She was very flexible with our schedules, responded to our emails and phone calls right away, which was so appreciated! There were some unforeseen obstacles during the process, and she guided us smoothly and calmly through them. The entire process took us less than 6 months! We took all helpful suggestions that Valary made during this time and got to our goal. We would recommend her without any reservations! It was our pleasure to work with her.

It took a couple of months to find the one for me but she made the home buying experience very enjoyable and as less stressful as possible. She is a very nice and sincere person and helped me get the best deal I could on the houses that we put offers in on. It took a few attempts but when we found the perfect house for me we put in an offer and had it accepted before the weekend even hit. We met Valary Jennings and were pleasantly surprised by her experience and tenacity. We received the attention we needed to get our house advertised with video and extensive photos and listed directly on the MLS. She went above and beyond to ensure our house was priced right and viewed by as many potential buyers as possible. Showings and feedback was automated and customizable by us making it very convenient. Valary was available nights, weekends and sometimes several times a day - better than any other buying or selling experience we had before. When it came time for our sale, she was patient and persistent; the buyer's agent was less-than-flexible and Valary ensured we were taken care of and not taken advantage of. Valary had previously left a business card at my front door. I called Valary and met her in person. She answered all my questions and I agreed to sell with her and with Purple Bricks. I had pictures and a video taken of my home. The first day my home posted, a buyer came forward and wanted to look at my home. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. The buyer after seeing my home, made an offer that was accepted. The process was seamless and Valary was always available to answer my questions and walked me through the entire process.
