About Valarie Smith

I have been in Real Estate for 20+ years. I was raised on the north end of town in Maple Grove/Osseo area and have lived South of the River now for the last 20+ years where my husband and I have and are raising their 3 boys. I am also the proud Grandma of 6 grandchildren. I love working with both buyers and sellers. My favorite part of real estate is helping the client get the right information to prepare themselves to purchase or sell their home and I LOVE the contract piece to the transaction. I have received my MRP, Military Relocation Professional Certificate from the National Association of Realtors. With this certificate, I am better prepared to work with veterans to get them the resources and support they need to purchase their home with the benefits they have earned serving our country. Along with this certification, I also bring experience, I am a United States Marine Corps. Veteran. My oldest son also served in the United States Air Force for 8 years. I would be excited to bring you information on both buying and selling your home and helping you with any other support and resources you may need to move forward with your real estate transaction.

Valarie is the consumate professional but with a "personal" touch. You will never feel like just a client.She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have the answer right away, she will find the answer for you!
