Val was recommended to me by a co-worker who had a wonderful experience with her. I emailed her and I heard back from her quickly. Val and Jim went to work immediately to start finding homes for me to look at.They were both incredibly responsive and were available to show me properties I was interested in. I appreciated that they only showed me houses within my price range. I looked at houses for only two days and found the home I wanted to buy.Val arranged for everything, the inspectors (roofer, termite etc..)negotiated what I wanted the seller to pay for. She was able to get the home for the price I wanted and all of our repair requests were accepted and fixed. My closing date was only two weeks from the contract date, seems impossible, right?
