Selling a home immediately after getting married sounded like an excellent way to determine whether we were truly meant for each other or whether one of us would end up living in the property alone. Fortunately, Uzzil Christian and her team made at least half of that experiment almost effortless. Marriage counseling is expensive. A good Realtor is apparently preventive maintenance. Uzzil is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and somehow remains calm while everyone else is waiting to discover what fresh nonsense real estate has hidden behind the next inspection report. Having a Realtor with a law degree is also deeply reassuring. Every contract is being reviewed by someone who not only understands the fine print, but may actually enjoy it. Those people exist. Society usually keeps them in windowless offices, but thankfully one became a Realtor. I can honestly say Uzzil and her team communicated faster than village gossip, except everything they told us was accurate, nobody added three cousins to the story, and we usually heard it before everyone else did. Most importantly, we never felt like just another transaction. Uzzil and her team genuinely cared about us, kept us informed, protected our interests, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. I just bought a condo through Uzzil and she is just amazing. She went beyond just a buyer agent and also acted as a trusted friend throughout the process. In the beginning, they explained the steps toward becoming a new, first time homeowner with such ease! Every ounce of patience, love, and commitment was poured into finding the PERFECT house for me, that they made me feel like I was at home already! Uzzil help me and my spouse in finding a property when we were needing to get out of a bad living situation. this situation involved a property manager not doing the appropriate repairs on an existing property. she and her associates went above and beyond their duties in order to help us find the appropriate avenues to express our complaints as well as tracking down a property that we absolutely loved to the point that we see ourselves being here and raising a family. I highly recommend this group because of how much they've done for us and how much they worked- I've gotten messages at 7 p.m. I've got messages at 9 p.m. I've got messages at 4 in the morning when I've had questions.
