We bought a beach condo, and she was so knowledgeable about all the little nuances that come with owning and renting it out. She also had great relationships with everyone involved...the mortgage and title company, selling realtor, property management company, and inspector. We wanted a quick close, and she helped facilitate everything from the day we saw the property, to closing day 24 days later! Unreal!
