We took advantage of an opportunity to move to Maine in 2021. It was unexpected and quick so we didnt have time to arrange housing. Thanks to Tyson, we quickly found a great rental on Chandlers Wharf. Our landlord was not eager to have our cat in her rental but Tyson was able to work out an agreement. Tyson was just a text away for any issue over the 4 years weve rented here. Due to age and health reasons, we found the TH on Chandlers Wharf no longer worked for us. With Tysons help we found a great condo nearby so we could have single floor living but continue to enjoy the neighborhood weve come to love. During the loan application and approval process Tyson was always available to answer any questions, arrange visits to the condo and relay questions to the seller. It was great to have someone just a text away for any questions, and I'm 79 so I had many - the same ones more than once due to a little memory decline. Were moving to the condo this week and Tyson will be there with several friends to help us. Weve sold and bought a few homes during our lifetime but never had an agent like Tyson - just excellent.
