ZillowVERIFIEDWe just closed on a new home that was made possible by Tyson Kroon and the amazing people at Gathering Place Real Estate. When we decided that building our forever home might be the only way to get what we wanted, we looked into a specific builder that we had heard good things about and discovered that Gathering Place Realty worked hand in hand with the builder. Tyson and the Gathering Place team facilitated the process of selecting lots, reviewing floor plans, etc. We had our initial meeting with Tyson Kroon to discuss possibilities, review the process, look at available developments, and we liked what we saw and heard. We started by looking at available lots in the development where we wanted to build. When we found a lot we loved and decided to commit to building, Tyson assigned us Ann Riggs as our primary agent. Tyson, Ann, and the Gathering Place team were there beside us throughout the entire journey; Ann even attended our closing. There were hiccups along the way which is to be expected in any house build but Tyson, Ann, and Desiree were always there to sort things out and keep the build on track. Most people, including us, have mostly heard horror stories about building a home but this process was as close to painless as it can possibly get. The builder broke ground in early September and had the house completed in less than seven months. Promises were made and kept, and we were given weekly email progress updates by the Gathering Place Client Care and Transactions Manager, Desiree. Our new home is amazing and we got what we wanted at a fair price and in an extremely realistic time frame. Tyson Kroon and the Gathering Place team along with the builder are a winning team.

We had some issues with our loan because of some wage changes in the middle of he process and he stuck through with us and made sure we got into our dream home! Our house was on the market for a couple hours before we had a request for showing and in 23 hours on the market we had an offer above what we were asking. We were able to get the most value possible out of the house with Tyson expertise. Tyson was easy to trust and honest about what to expect. He had a plan and it worked! He will pick up his phone when you have question and during the whole sale work hard to make sure everything goes smooth. I have recommended him to friends and family already.
