Our passion is helping buyers and sellers have a positive experience during their real estate transaction. We believe constant honest communication, understanding difficult life situations, and creating great experiences with minimal stress is important. We believe in handling every transaction with our client's best interests as our main priority is what makes us stand out in our industry. My husband and I work as a team with six other agents, working as a team allows us to serve more clients, in a larger area and have more flexibility to help with our clients needs. We have done a variety of personal real estate transactions from home buying and selling, purchasing investment properties for rentals, commercial spaces to renovate and rent, multi family units, as well as mixed use spaces. We feel our experience in doing these personally is a huge asset to our clients as we understand the ins and outs of a variety of different transactions, property management and the costs that go into renovating and maintaining properties.
