ZillowVERIFIED What impressed me most was at our first appointment, he pulled all disclosures on the house before we got there and walked through with us looking for potential issues. He wanted us to know what we were getting into before we purchased. He helped me find houses in our budget when I was struggling to, he was able to answer all of my questions and give me peace of mind. We had a super tight time frame but he helped us get all inspections done we wanted done. He negotiated on our behalf and we got everything we negotiated for. He took a one month deadline and got it done. On top of all this, he is very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend him for any first time homebuyer. I cannot say enough good about him.

We only had a few days to come down and look at houses and he was willing to take the time on a holiday weekend to help us. ZillowVERIFIED I didnt know Tyler before this home buying experience. I had been looking on Zillow for awhile and finally decided that I needed assistance in locating exactly what I wanted. Tyler popped up on the screen and off we went on our journey. Tyler showed us numerous places until we found exactly what we wanted. An offer had already been made on the property, but he found another house like it. It didnt, however, check all the boxes. So he checked on the previous house and found that it been put back on the market. He got our bid in and we got it. He smoothed every bump and kept us updated on every issue. My husband and I joked that he must work 24/7. Yet with all his energy, he never made us feel rushed or pushed into something. we bought in an area we werent familiar with and Tyler was able to put us in touch with bankers, lawyers, an inspector and anyone we needed. We were obviously pleased with Tyler Wilcox as our realtor.
