Jake was awesome! He showed me several houses and when I found the one I loved he got an offer submitted same day with a couple of things I wanted. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure the few Inspection issues got fixed before closing and everything was right. Couldnt be happier!

What impressed me most was at our first appointment, he pulled all disclosures on the house before we got there and walked through with us looking for potential issues. He wanted us to know what we were getting into before we purchased. He helped me find houses in our budget when I was struggling to, he was able to answer all of my questions and give me peace of mind. We had a super tight time frame but he helped us get all inspections done we wanted done. He negotiated on our behalf and we got everything we negotiated for. He took a one month deadline and got it done. On top of all this, he is very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend him for any first time homebuyer. I cannot say enough good about him.
