Their budgets market has been limited and we've definitely had a go at it but James has worked very hard for us, they just closed on their new home this week. He comes from a contractor background and has a lot of connections still in that field. He has a keen eye for details the average realtor may not catch. Because of that he may save you from locking in on the wrong house with major issues. Most of the time that may not have been caught until the inspector comes in. He also makes you feel like he's there for you and your best interest and doesn't make you feel like you're his next paycheck like unfortunately some realtors do. If you're looking to buy or sell give him a call you won't be disappointed!!
