We met Tyler on a day trip to the Leavenworth area while doing a cursory look at some homes in 2018. We met several brokers that day but we knew that Tyler would be our guy going forward if we ever got serious about buying a place in the area. Aside from being knowledgeable and confident about real estate in the area, we really appreciated his easy to relate to communication style and upbeat attitude. We stayed in touch on a few properties here and there but found the place for us in April of 2020 just as the pandemic was getting going. We reached out to Tyler the day after the property hit the market and he arranged a showing for us that weekend. It was a listing that was accepting offers a week after it was initially listed. Turns out there were 16 offers including a handful of cash offers, which ours was not. Tylers great instincts and considerable knowledge of real estate transactions really were the deciding factor in us ending up with the one offer that the sellers chose to move forward with. We are so fortunate to randomly met Tyler those couple years prior as we are convinced we would not be enjoying our wonderful property had it not been for Tyler.
